To take this set of images I used my Iphone 11 camera.

I filled up a bowl full of water and them began to move the water, trying to create different types of ripples and movements on the surface.

I also used a dropper to try and capture the movements created by a single droplet of water.

I then editted the set in black and white as it allows the ripples to be the main focus

RIPPLES AND WAVES

This photo have been edited in black and white as it allows the viewer to focus on the movements created on the waters surface.

This image was taken at a high vantage point over the bowl of water

This image is also in black and white so that the ripples made from a drop of water are more prominent.

This was also taken from a high vantage point, this meant the camera was directly towards to ripples.

Here the smallest circle is on the image is where the droplet made impact on the surface and the rest of the circles slowly get bigger further out

This photo is also in black and white so the textures in the image can stand out more and there is more of a contrast.

The bubbles being on the edges of the image also creates a slight vignette effect, as the edges are lighter than the centre.

This photo is also in black and white so that the depth of each ripple stands out more than if it was still a coloured photos.

This image was also taken at a high vantage point over the water so you get the circular shapes in the image. The main focus is the smallest circle where the drop hit the water, anf they slowly get larger the further out they get.
